Who we are

What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our fonts and images are served from our own website, so your visit is not shared with third parties like Google Fonts.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. These are not used to identify you.
When you contact us
When you send our enquiry form, it emails us your name, phone number, email address, car details and message, and sends you a confirmation email. These emails are delivered by our email provider, Resend, and the form is not stored on the website. When you call, text, email or message us instead, we receive your contact details and anything you tell us about your car.
We use this only to reply to you, give you a price, arrange and carry out your booking and follow up on the work. We will not sell your details or use them for marketing without asking.
WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details only for as long as we need them for your job, any aftercare and our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Get in touch using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
